baked sausage peppers

brown one package of mild italian sausage, casings removed and crumbled, in olive oil with chopped garlic, one chili pepper, diced, and chopped onion. add chopped sage, basil and rosemary. dice three tomatoes and cook till reduced. add chopped broccoli, then cubed monzarella, stirring till melted, with parmesan grated.

sliced peppers halfway and seed them. stuff with sausage mixture, place in casserole, and surround with extra mixture if available. cover with more parmesan and bake.
